Favorite option
The 3D acceleration seemed slow on this system. This is the test.
$ glxgears -iacknowledgethatthistoolisnotabenchmark
6004 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1200.728 FPS
7212 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1442.209 FPS
7209 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1441.750 FPS
7213 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1442.500 FPS
7060 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1411.919 FPS
6305 frames in 5.0 seconds = 1256.035 FPS
X connection to :0.0 broken (explicit kill or server shutdown).
You can also get -iacknowledgethatthistoolisnotabenchmark with -printfps. Too bad.
