Debra took this picture of the 6 of us before she and Matt and Adalia went home to Ann Arbor for Christmas.
I think she had us shut the kitchen door because the counter was full of dirty dishes or something.
If Nathalie had a blog she would post more of the pictures we have of Debra, Adalia, and Matt’s visit.
The phone I have now takes pictures. But if the light’s not quite strong, the pictures turn out fairly grainy. In fact, most pictures taken indoors turn out grainy.
It must be tough to make a good camera that cheap. About 2/3 of the pics need to be chucked.
Cedric Mabilotte worked at Wincap at the same time I did. In March next year he will be one of the two Europeans going into isolation for 105 days with four Russians, simulating the conditions that would be found on a trip to Mars.

This trial is part of the Mars500 isolation study, leading up to a 520-day trial that must simulate an entire leg of the trip.
Congratulations, Cedric, on getting selected for this study!
What are the key points for holding up during such a long time in isolation with the same people? What points apply to living more effectively with other people when not flying to Mars?
